Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, no minimum required. Great style, delivered on us.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (EST). You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Returns are free, contact support@celvani.com to start a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to reflect the credit.
Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely. If you'd like a different size or style, just let us know in your return email and we’ll help make it happen.

I didn’t receive my order what should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If it’s been more than 7 business days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, email us at support@celvani.com and we’ll investigate right away.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
